helpful staff excellent location

The staff offered helpful luggage storage and provided a shower room before my late flight. I found this accommodating. The location is excellent with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. I found my needs were well met.

The provided room felt very small, limiting space for luggage and movement. This required careful management of my belongings.

charmed by convenience

public transport friendly staff

My stay had excellent access to public transport. the hotel is next to the mrt station, a major advantage. i appreciated the friendly front desk staff. They were always ready to help with directions.

the air conditioner buttons needed excessive force to operate. i had a difficult time adjusting the temperature as a result. this caused some minor inconvenience

the mrt station was right next to the hotel making travel simple and fast. helpful staff. i appreciated that the concierge held onto my luggage after checkout allowing me more time to explore the surroundings before heading to the airport.

the room was quite small with little space for luggage it made things a bit difficult for a longer stay.

decent stay near transport

great location friendly staff clean room small room absent shower screen cigarette smell

i loved that the hotel had a fantastic location. it was super close to the mrt. the staff were always friendly and helpful too. the room was always very clean, which i appreciate a lot.

The room felt really small i could barely move around with my luggage. the bathroom lacked a proper shower screen water splashed everywhere it was quite annoying. i also noticed some cigarette smell in the hallways. It wasn't very pleasant.

i really liked the location, it was very close to the mrt station. the staff were very friendly, nice, and accommodating . mr henry from concierge welcomed me upon check in and ms. may from housekeeping did a good job cleaning my room.

the location was fantastic close to the mrt station i found it easy to explore. the staff were very friendly they gave great tips for seeing the area i felt welcome.

the room felt a little small there was not much space for luggage. the breakfast lacked variety it offered mainly bread with butter it would be nice to see more options.

Convenient and Clean Stay

mrt station nice furnishing friendly staff

The hotel is located next to the MRT station and it is very convenient. The furnishings are nice and the hotel is clean. Guests can use the swimming pool and the staff offered its use even after check-out on my last day. The staff members are friendly and helpful.

The room felt smaller than expected which impacted the overall comfort. Suitcases were difficult to store and the space was cramped with two people. Refilling a water bottle required a trip to the car park. This setup detracted from the convenience.

Breakfast offered sufficient variety each day. It was satisfying to start the day. The adjacent cafe provided a convenient spot to grab a quick bite. The coffee was notably good enhancing the breakfast experience.
